The first round consists of screening test which has mainly 2 sections. First section was of aptitude and other being technical. In this section, questions of medium difficulty level were asked.
-Time management and accuracy was crucial as this test was the only criteria for selection.
-One can practice aptitude questions from book of R. S. Agarwal or from different websites like Indiabix.
The second and the final round consisted of interview which was technical and HR round, combined with 2 panel members. One interviewer was asking technical questions, and another for asking HR questions.
In Technical round ,questions were of medium level from core chemical subjects which includes Mass Transfer, Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics.
HR round had some basic questions to judge personality which are generally asked.
-Apart from this, they asked some of the questions from my previous internships,Extra curricular activities.
Following are some points that will help you in the interview:-
1.Communication skills plays a very important role while giving the interview. Having knowledge is important but delivering it in the right manner is what it matters. Good communication skills give the interviewer the idea about your personality, attitude and etiquette.
2.Know your resume in deep as each word on your resume holds a value. You should know the meaning of each word that you write on it. Yes, it starts right from knowing the meaning of your name.
3.Be confident, honest and most importantly be the real version of yourself. Rightful knowledge and positive attitude always leads way!!
