The first round was the online objective test which included logical reasoning questions, quantitative and questions related to core mainly from courses like Non destructive testing and Joining of Materials
This was the second round which was technical as well as HR round where I was asked about my internships also why I had done a few internships in core 3-4 questions related to subject of my internship and Core. The interview went smooth and they tried testing our honesty I guess as many of the other students felt and I felt as well
This was just psychological tests wherein certain questions related to our nature and our decision making were asked by giving real life situations.
I feel the company wants to see honesty and loyalty rather than the grades and on paper performance. I really had no expectations to get recruited in this as there were many people who were better than me
I was just honest with my answers as I had no fear of rejection(since I knew I would be rejected which did not happen). There was a person who was literally testing your body language and was keen in his job..so if you ever happen to face them be sure to handle your body language and gestures.
