Aptitude Test consisted of three sections:- 1. Verbal Ability 2. Logical 3. Quantitative aptitude. All questions were compulsory and you had to answer a question before moving to next question . Aptitude test was quite easy as compared to other organizations'.
Group discussion - Case Study . For a group of 9 candidates , a case study was given, stating a client who want to enter a market share in digital/e-platform, and we were asked to discuss three question on how to enter , sustain and challenges that will be faced by the client. Tips :- Try to stick to the case study given , Utilize the data given. There will be moments when the discussion will be stuck at a point, be the one to bring it on right track . Speak as required ( not too much not too less) . You will be given chance to summarize in one minutes - dont state the question in your conclusion , give an overall summary by touching key points mentioned in Case study .
